Davis Cup

ProjectsOn 27, 28 and 29 November 2015, huge crowds had gathered in Flanders Expo in Ghent. The Belgian tennis team played in a historic finale of the Davis Cup against the United Kingdom. Simultaneously, the ladies of ‘K3’ gave their first farewell concerts in Flanders Expo. Both events jointly drew over 20,000 people to the venue on Saturday and Sunday.

Daydream Festival 2013

ProjectsEaster break also coincided with the opening of the new festival season. On 12 and 13 April, Scelta Mobility worked at the Daydream Festival in Lommel.

Tomorrowland 2013

ProjectsTomorrowland 2013 faced extreme weather conditions, like so many other events that summer. On Saturday evening 27 July, Boom was saw heavy showers, right before the big departure while most people were still present on the festival site.

Prominant 2013

ProjectsOn Sunday 1 September, the 11th edition of free agricultural event Prominent was held in and around Hooibeekhoeve farm in Geel in the province of Antwerp. Despite the limited budget, the organisation was still able to create an impressive mobility plan.

First edition of TomorrowWorld warmly received in the USA

ProjectsThe first edition of TomorrowWorld (2013) received raving reviews. Not only media outlets in Belgium were enthusiastic about the first foreign edition of Tomorrowland, but the American festivalgoers enjoyed the festival and were very impressed with the organisation.

Party buses in Puurs

ProjectsOn 31 December 2013, a party called Foud naar Nieuw was organised in multi-purpose hall De Kollebloem in Puurs. The municipalities of Puurs, Bornem and Sint-Amands arranged for party buses that transported people from the towns to the venue and back.

Venuez 2014

ProjectsThe organisers of Venuez gave us a real challenge. They had a fantastic event location: the former railway hangar in Park Spoor Noord in Antwerp. It is a beautiful location, but right in the middle of park area and in between residential areas, with no car park in sight.

Antwerp 10 miles 2014

ProjectsRunning is hot! And they found out in Antwerp on 27 April 2014. Welcoming 41,300 runners in 2014, the DVV Antwerp 10 Miles & Marathon can rightfully call itself the largest sports event in the country.

TomorrowWorld 2014

ProjectsAt the end of September 2014, we concluded the festival season with TomorrowWorld in the Chattahoochee Hills near Atlanta. Scelta Mobility had provided the mobility plan for the festival for the second year in a row

ProjectsFrom 17 to 26 October 2014, the Interior Biennial was held in Kortrijk. Since the first edition in 1968, this fair for modern design has built a formidable reputation.

Seafood Expo 2015

ProjectsOn 22 April 2015, public transport was hindered by a strike, which coincided with the second day of the Seafood Expo in Brussels: the biggest trade show in the fish and shellfish industry and one of the biggest international exhibitions in Belgium.
